ABOUT ME

I’m Olga. I have a background in counseling and a lifelong curiosity about how people grow, heal, and make sense of their inner world. My work blends humanistic principles with practical tools from emotional regulation, reflective practice, mindfulness, mindset work, and deeper personal-development models.

I started this work because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can talk openly, feel safe to share what’s really going on, and be met with empathy — not judgment or pressure. A place to explore the situations, patterns, and emotions that are shaping your life, and to finally feel supported in understanding them.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what to feel. It’s to walk with you through your own process, make sense of the layers together, and help you untangle the things that keep repeating or weighing on you.

I also bring an international, culturally aware perspective, which often helps people feel seen in their complexity — especially if they’re navigating identity, relationships, transitions, or experiences that don’t fit neatly into one box.

Whether you’re moving through change, heartbreak, burnout, confusion, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, my intention is to offer a steady, grounded space for that process.

FAQ

  • I offer a complimentary 15-minute call so you can see how it feels to talk with me. Fit matters. You should feel comfortable, safe, and understood — that’s the most important part of this kind of work.

  • I use an integrative, conversational approach grounded in humanistic principles — the belief that you already have the insight and strength you need, and my role is simply to offer a safe, supportive space where things can finally unfold instead of staying stuck.

My work blends inspiration from different areas of psychology and personal development, including Carl Rogers’ emphasis on empathy, presence, and unconditional positive regard; Jung’s focus on meaning, patterns, and the unconscious; emotional regulation techniques; mindfulness and awareness practices; and mindset-based reflection. I also draw from models like Robert Dilts’ Logical Levels of Change, which help us understand where a block is coming from — whether it’s rooted in beliefs, identity, habits, environment, or something deeper.

Together, we look at what you’re experiencing, the patterns that keep repeating, and the places where you feel blocked or overwhelmed. From there, I offer simple tools you can weave into your daily life so that change doesn’t stay theoretical — it becomes something you actually feel and live.

My style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded. It’s not clinical therapy; it’s integrative counseling and guided emotional support meant to help you see yourself more clearly, breathe again, and move forward with more ease.

  • I don’t provide clinical therapy, diagnosis, or any service that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement. My work is integrative counseling, focused on emotional support, clarity, and grounded conversation. I do not provide insurance paperwork, letters for employers or schools, or file claims in the U.S.

I know that private practice practise can be expensive, and many people don’t have insurance that covers it.

That’s one of the reasons I keep my pricing accessible — so you still have a safe, consistent place to talk, even if traditional options feel out of reach.

  • Absolutely. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — your gender, identity, background, culture, orientation, beliefs, and lived experiences are all welcome here. I work with people from all walks of life, including those who don’t fit neatly into labels or who feel “in-between” in their identity, their emotions, or their life transitions.

My approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and curiosity. There’s no judgment, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to be a certain way. You set the tone for how you want to be addressed, what you want to talk about, and what feels supportive for you. My role is to create a calm, grounded environment where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and be honest — even about the messy or uncomfortable parts.

Whether you’re working through identity questions, cultural stress, relationship confusion, heartbreak, burnout, or simply needing someone to talk to, this is your place to land. Everyone is welcome here.
